The common statement/observation of the inadequacy of words to describe/express oneself is not quite correct. Words are constantly used in conjunction with emotion which are entirely adequate. Where inadequacy of words applies is in the Yellow Circuit domain, of thought.
The feeling that words cannot adequately describe one’s thoughts is based on the crude, nonspecific, nonverbal awareness that the DB/dry brain has of the impossibly large range of WB/wet brain activities for it to attempt to cover. Outside this crude awareness the DB does not realize its seamless continuity with the WB. The inability of the DB connects to the wired-in feeling of affliction by an artificial personality (persona), a shell-like accretion preventing authentic action (to “be myself”).
Such inabilities are never specifically questioned by people; this is Life churning everybody’s account. Local intelligence, despite its crude awareness of inability to encompass WB’s infinite possibilities and alternatives, broods and hovers wraith-like over it and dreams of somehow reaching down and effecting change in its formless incessantly shifting wet-sphere anterior foundation, i.e., affecting the WB
